JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At the rehabilitation unit in the health and medical care of Lessebo Municipality, we have a good community and joy of work. We operate from Lessebo, where our assistive device storage is also located. Lessebo is a smaller municipality geographically, which means we do not need to spend much time on car travel. As an Occupational Therapist, you have a practical job with varied tasks, and with small means, we facilitate everyday life. You work closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, assistive device technicians, nurses, care staff, case workers, and unit managers. We work with support for activity and training in home environments based on individual conditions and needs. Our approach is based on a rehabilitative perspective. The work includes training, assessments, assistive device trials, guidance, and team collaboration. We primarily work in ordinary and special housing. We document in Cambio Cosmic, Cambio Viva, and use the digital signing tool Appva.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are an Occupational Therapist, preferably with experience in the profession or newly graduated. If you are newly graduated, we have experienced colleagues who can provide support. We see that you are flexible, positive, and independent, have good collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude.
